Our goal is to provide you and your family with the best possible dental care in a warm caring environment. We want to give you the tools to prevent dental disease and aim to be a place that your kids will want to come and visit.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
a) The first appointment (except in cases of emergency) is spent conducting a thorough examination. This includes;
- an evaluation of the gum and oral tissues,
- the bones of the jaw,
- the tightness of the teeth,
- the way the teeth bite together,
- the position of the teeth,
- general health,
- home care technique,
- oral habits and,
- probable causes of disease
Of course, a detailed assessment of the total condition of the teeth themselves as to shape, colour and condition is also done. Xrays will be taken at this appointment and your cleaning may be started.
b) Consultation: In many instances we would like to discuss our recommendations with you at a private consultation. At this separate appointment we go over the xrays and other findings so that you are aware exactly of the conditions of your mouth and your general oral health.

If more than one method of treatment is appropriate, all alternatives will be discussed. An estimate of the fee for any service will also be given at this appointment.
c) Questions: We strive to have the best communication possible with our patients. We will do our best to keep you fully informed about your oral health, your dental treatment options, and your financial responsibilities. If you ever have any questions feel free to ask Dr. Willson or any of our staff members.
FINANCIAL POLICY:
It is the policy of our office, after examination, to make an estimate of the cost of all required dental treatment. This will enable you to know what work is planned and what the cost will be.
Our office policy is payment at the conclusion of each appointment.
We accept most dental plans. A number of dental plans have been reducing the amount of coverage they provide. Some basic dental procedures may not be covered by your plan. You are responsible for any changes not covered by your dental plan.
